Computer-assisted design, also known as CAD, is widely used by engineers and architects in their design process. Aava-Tuotteet Ltd offers design services for both small and large-scale projects.
We create a 3D model of the product design, which enables us to view the product from various angles and perspectives. We can 3D print prototypes from smaller design pieces.
CAD is particularly useful for design and cost estimates for products, which use folded sheets or steel structures. Our services also include strength calculations and thermal analyses.
Aava-Tuotteet Ltd offers CAD-designed 3D models and mechanical drawings. 3D models are provided in Creo Parametric, Vertex G4 and SolidWorks formats. We provide conversions to most commonly used programs and transfer formats, including STEP, SAT, IGES, DWG, DXF.
